Order Status 

Orders received by 10:00 am PST will ship same day. Orders received after 10:00 am PST will ship the next day. Holidays*, Saturday and Sunday shipping are not available. You should receive an order confirmation shortly after checking out, and a shipping confirmation when the tracking code has been generated.**As of late, USPS free parts shipping & USPS Priority Mail are experiencing delivery time frames of two weeks or longer. If your package shows as “in-transit”, your order has left our facility and is with USPS. We encourage you to contact the USPS for any additional inquiries regarding your order and its delivery. If you need additional assistance please reach out to our customer service and we will see how best we can help. 

Log into your account to find the shipping status of your order. If you checked out as a guest, simply follow the link in the email confirmation that was sent to you.

If you'd like to modify or cancel your order and it has not already shipped out, please call our office and we'll gladly assist you. If your item has already shipped, a return authorization will need to be created - please see our returns and exchanges page.
